Yvette Worboys

Yvette Worboys has been teaching photography in the VET sector since 2008 and as a casual academic Sydney College of the Arts for five years.

She has over 20 years experience in both graphic design and photography with interests in the arts from an early age. Yvette has managed to create a life supported by her love for art and design, having worked within the consulting engineering and education industries both on a teaching and creative level.

Yvette visual art has been published and exhibited over the last 15 years both nationally and internationally. She has exhibited nationally in groups and solo shows, including the Head On photo festival and the Olive Cotton Portrait Prize.

Her photographs have appeared in The Sydney Morning Herald, The Daily Telegraph, Time Out Magazine as well as local and independent newspapers.

Yvette is also a member of Ludlites, a photographic collective using low-fi cameras and lenses to create inspiring and emotive artwork. "By experimenting with technique and refining my craft I create an emotive mood for the sitter, using the surrounding environment to create a statement about my subject.

Justin Aitken

Justin Aitken is a Multi Award Winning Professional Photographer.

His expertise, creative quality and specialty can be seen in his portrait, lifestyle and wedding photography. His personal work consists of music, landscape and travel photography.

Justin also holds a graphic design qualification and before he became a full time photographer, worked as a graphic designer for 4 years learning the ins and outs of Adobe applications.

Justin has had his work published in many magazines, books, and websites. He has photographed international & local celebrities and acts, including Metallica, Santana, Dave Dobbyn, Fat Freddy's Drop and Coldplay.

George Seper

Internationally respected, George Seper has been photographing food for over 30 years. He is the longest continuous contributor to Vogue Entertaining and Travel, who recently commissioned him to photograph their 30th Anniversary cover among other features.

His list of clients include the best advertising agencies and magazines worldwide. He has won prestigious awards including the gold and silver folio awards and has images represented in the photographic collection of National Galleries across the world. George is currently photographing a series of cookbooks for Murdoch Books.

Steven Vote

Internationally recognised and acclaimed, Steven Vote is a photographer, director, twice published author, mentor, fine artist, and filmmaker.

Blurring the line between commerce and art; Steven's lush, rich and very distinct work has appeared in magazines and on billboards across the globe. Steven's work has been featured in American Photo, PDN, Popular Photography, Applied Arts, and singled out by Graphis Photo Annual for exceptional imagery. He is a passionate and diligent fine artist, with collectors in North America, Australasia, and Europe.

Steven is a gifted teacher and mentor. When he is not making art, writing, directing commercials or working with students at The Photography Institute, Steven develops photography-as-therapy processes that help both individuals and organisations in many areas including personal growth, nurturing creativity, career development, life betterment, healing, and recovery.

After an advertising and editorial photography career of more than 20 years - living in Sydney, London, Paris, New York and most recently, a small town in Massachusetts; Steven Vote now lives with his family (and alligators) in coastal South Carolina.

David Goldman

David Goldman’s professional career began in 1994 when he left his hometown Toronto for Los Angeles. For 12 years David worked with the biggest record labels and television companies around such as Warner Brothers. During this time he created a body of iconic and memorable imagery for music, advertising and celebrity clientele. David’s captivating work features artists from Madonna to Muse, Blink 182 to Maynard James Keenan.

With his move to New York in 2005 David shifted his focus towards travel and advertising work, though he still enjoys the high fashion photography he shoots for the Look-A-Like TV series he recently hosted. One glance at his website attests to David’s extraordinary talent in his chosen field.

Gary Wallis

Gary Wallis has been a freelance photographer for over 20 years working mainly in fashion and portraiture. He has shot for magazines around the world including Japanese Vogue, Dutch Elle, Marie Claire, The Independent Magazine, The Evening Standard, i-D, Dazed and Confused, Swedish Slitz Magazine and more. His commercial clients have included Topman, Motorola, Sony, Lloyds, Harper Collins.

His first photography book was published in March 2015, 'McQueen - backstage the early shows'. This is an intimate document of the legendary designers early work using previously unseen images. The book was published by www.bigsmilepublishing.com

Gary has also taught photography for 20 years at leading UK Art College Central Saint Martins and is now Subject Leader in Photography for the Communication Design Program teaching across the Masters and Bachelors degree courses. He also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.

Francesco Carovillano

Francesco Carovillano s'est initié à la photographie en tant qu'étudiant à l'Institut de la Photographie. C'est aujourd'hui un photographe professionnel spécialisé dans la photographie de voyage et de paysage.

Apres avoir travaillé dans l' animation 3D, aussi bien dans le domaine du cinéma que des jeux-vidéos dans différentes capitales européennes, il s'est installé à Paris pour se consacrer à la photographie, et travaille pour le compte de plusieurs agences internationales. Ses photos sont publiées par de nombreux magazines de voyage dont le National Geographic.

Etienne Oosthuizen

Etienne Oosthuizen has a unique background when it comes to photography; professionally he is a photographic safari guide, constantly interacting, helping and guiding photographers through Africa. Etienne is also a past student of the Photography Institute and combined with his extensive experience with Wildlife, it was only natural that he would specialise in Wildlife photography.

Etienne has built up an impressive portfolio of wildlife images that have been published in many magazines like; Getaway Travel, Ranger Rick - National Wildlife Federation magazine, National Geographic traveler and Africa Geographic, Discovery - Cathay Pacific inflight magazine. A few of his photographs have also featured well in numerous international photography competitions including; BBC Veolia Wildlife Photographer of the year, Getaway Gallery, Windland Smith Rice & Nature's Best Photography competition, Africa Geographic.

Etienne is still very active as a guide and regularly takes photographers throughout Africa on photographic safaris and wildlife photography workshops. Recently Etienne has created a blog totally dedicated to aiding photographers capture the African spirit.
